He was a technical advisor to the Special Commission for Legislative Review of Porto Alegre (2019) and the Constitution and Justice Commission of Porto Alegre (2020). Coordinator of the Liberal Thoughts series (2024 Edition). Coordinator of the Observatory of Jurisdictional Protection of the OAB-RS.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation from the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Sul. Specialist in Public Law from the Superior School of the Federal Judiciary, in Business Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, and in Civil Procedure from IDC College. Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law. He is currently the Legal-Legislative Coordinator of the NOVO Party (NEW) Party (NEW) in the Porto Alegre City Council, Rio Grande do Sul.

Especialista em Direito Urbanístico e Ambiental pela Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público (FMP-RS) e em Direito dos Negócios (L.L.M), pela Unisinos Porto Alegre. Atua há 17 anos na área do Direito Imobiliário e Patrimonial, envolvendo a defesa de direitos de empresas, adquirentes e investidores em empreendimentos de grande porte no Rio Grande do Sul e Santa Catarina. Conselheira/Advogada em Empreendimentos há mais de 13 anos. Diretora Jurídica da AGS- Associação Gaúcha de Startups. Diretora Jurídica do Ordem e Liberdade.

A graduate in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), he is a lawyer specializing in Public Law. He is a substitute councilor in Porto Alegre with 3,345 votes in 2024 and a parliamentary advisor to Federal Representative Marcel van Hattem (NOVO-RS). He was the legal director of Ideias Radicais and coordinator of Gabinete Liberdade, having worked directly with several institutions such as the Instituto Atlantos, Students for Liberty, Juventude e Liberdade, among others.

MARIA EUGENIA GIULIAN

Law graduate from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Descomplica UniAmérica. Deputy Secretary General of the Young Lawyers' Committee of the OAB/RS, Events Director for Ordem & Liberdade, and a member of the Ladies of Liberty Alliance. Currently, she serves as Parliamentary Office Supervisor at the Porto Alegre City Council.
